SB 10.67.12: When Lord Baladeva's consorts saw the ape's impudence, they began to laugh. They were, after all, young girls who were fond of joking and prone to silliness.
A heavy silverback (400 lb) does not particularly enjoy climbing trees. He will certainly not throw a tantrum on a tree branch because he has more brains than the cuckoo writing this garbage. Lord Baladeva, as the gaudiya storytellers tell it, is no more than 8/9 years old. Further explained by acBSp, Baladeva is god (Krishna) incarnated as god's brother. We leave it there. What raises an eyebrow is the word 'consorts', not one consort but several. *Consort, as defined and understood is a sexual partner, or otherwise, has unfavorable implications. The consorts themselves, as clarified in previous 'scriptural' texts, are little girls between 8/10 years of age with whom both brothers (Krishna and Balarama) are sexually involved. Lets' move on.....
SB 10.67.13: Even as Lord Balarama looked on, Dvivida insulted the girls by making odd gestures with his eyebrows, coming right in front of them, and showing them his anus.
Dian Fossey missed this gorilla showing anus trait in her several years of studying gorillas in the wild. A bi-sexual Indian gorilla? Interesting is it not, the direction this narration steers the mind? There is god with his consorts in the forest someplace and a gorillas shows up (from Africa?) wanting to get in on the act....Bestiality? Yet pressure-cooked cult students reading these polluting stories are under oath to remain celibate and keep their gorillas under control. They cannot. After reading this stuff they go to bed and rise with their heads between their legs. As a result they develop an inferiority complex which enslaves them to guru....who takes his own gorilla to Bangkok on stopovers.
SB 10.67.14-15: Angered, Lord Balarama, the best of fighters, hurled a rock at him, but the cunning ape dodged the rock and grabbed the Lord's pot of liquor. Further infuriating Lord Balarama by laughing and by ridiculing Him, wicked Dvivida then broke the pot and offended the Lord even more by pulling at the girls' clothing. Thus the powerful ape, puffed up with false pride, continued to insult Sri Balarama.
"The best of fighters, hurled a rock" ??? Okay, so Lord Balarama is an underage drinker (no glue sniffing in them days) who enjoyed getting whacked before 'consorting' with underage girls (Where did he get the booze? So he wasn't just stealing butter and yogurt?) And the consorts are not your everyday Barbies. They are threatened by an ape and his anus but don't hightail it outta there. Characteristically un-girl like... they began to laugh...because they were...young girls who were fond of joking and prone to silliness....so they hung around to have their clothing pulled by a rampaging ape with a polluting reputation who is making the sound kilakila.....which simply proves the raconteur hasn't a monkey's uncle about demonstrating silverbacks. Kilakila my ass....with a sore throat. How can a mind rationalize this blather without going bananas? Here's some more ectoplasm from Krishna Book (KB):
KB, CH 52: "Krsna, the Ranacora." Purport by acBSp:
"Krsna and Balarama jumped from the top of the mountain down to the ground--a distance of eighty-eight miles."
Whaaaaat? An eighty-eight-mile-high mountain? The tallest mountain in our universe is Olympus Mons on Mars; about fifteen miles high. And please do note the choice of verb- 'jumped.' Not hang-glided, abseiled, bounced-and-rolled or parachuted, but jumped. We attempted finding an artist's impression showing what a jump/free-fall from an eighty-eight-mile-high mountain looks like but failed to find one without IGM copyright, so we got Batman and Robin to demonstrate. Impossible? No Sir, in the realm of cult it is the source not logic that defines believability. Why did they make the jump? It was chivalry. A young girl had expressed her desire to wed Krishna so the boys dropped the war they were in and took a short cut to matrimony. And since Krishna was tying the knot of marital bliss, Balaram decided to double the excitement:
"Following this, Sri Balarama married Revati, daughter of King Raivata, ruler of the Anarta province. This is explained in the Ninth Canto of Srimad-Bhagavatam. After the marriage of Baladeva, Krsna married Rukmini."
Bala bin Lila
Later Krishna married thousands of other women. Permit a momentary digression. Polygamy it would seem was a swinger in gaudiya circles; a practice asBSp licensed to his new institution. A mimicked Muslim practice, back then, as it is today. acBSp: "...... Yes. So, if every girl has to be married, and if the female population is greater, then where to get so many husbands? Therefore it is very nice system that one man can marry more than one wife."
acBSp: "Therefore polygamy was allowed. Let them be taken care of, one husband, three wives. Therefore the ksatriyas were taking hundreds of women. They had money."It is not that acBSp was unaware of legislated laws and ambit: "Once, someone commented to Srila Prabhupada that polygamy was illegal where they were. Srila Prabhupada had suggested that some of the men may need to take multiple wives in order to give the girls proper shelter.
So Srila Prabhupada told them, be smart about it. Keep to yourselves, do your own thing, and if anyone asks, just say you are boyfriend and girlfriend. There was to be no registration at Karmi (secular) courthouses, and any nonsense like that."
But...but...the standards of a 'pure devotee' should be higher than common law. Why then is acBSp advising his followers to limbo under universally accepted laws legislated by Lawmakers elected by the nation... ipso facto empowered by God? Why slither like a Prabhupadanaaga when you can soar like a giant eagle between planets, laying giant eggs for gaudiya pizza toppings? Iskcon's Governing Body Commission (GBC) has also been in violation of Law when legitimizing carte blanche, minors in marriage to friends and sycophants.
From GBC Meetings, MARCH 3, 1977 2.30 p.m
...Now go kick ass
4) Resolved: There will be no marriages of girls until they are 16-years old.
From GBC meetings FEBRUARY 25, 1980
8) That the previous GBC resolution which required that young girls wait until 16 years old to be married to be rescinded.
The above rescinded resolution by Iskcon's GBC has never been repealed or amended to comply with international law. Mr. GBCs and associated IGM pedophiles, we hereby bring your criminal noses down to Aryavarsh- Indian Law and Lacuna. Bill under proposal: "The removal of "age of consent" clause from the 'sexual offenses against children bill' effectively means any sexual interaction with any person below the age of 18 years is an offence if either party files a complaint or if it is discovered. The earlier suggestion that 16 be considered the age of consent and 18 the age for marriage has been done away with." Looks like Indian Law may finally catch up with the rasa lila wallas.
Okay, continuing with 'Ouija veda' we present yet another conundrum: Enquirers are informed that Krishna's father- Nanda Maharaja had 900,000 cows. A lot of bull, or the biggest diary operation unknown to man outside gaudiya teachings. The mind summersaults at the size of such an enterprise undertaken five thousand years ago, and throws a few pirouettes when realizing the herd was exclusively for dairy; never culled; all milking was done by hand; no supplementary fodder; no record of veterinary services mentioned; sanitation; farm machinery, helicopters, horses or riders for mustering purposes. All we have is a group of 8/10 year old girls doing the milking and a group of 8/10 year old boys, the herding.....More bull than cow? And when asked about the palace of the wealthy Maharaja (emperor) Nanda, guides point to a little hovel claiming it has shrunk with time. Otherwise, a glance over the area gives not a hint that the greatest dairy industry (in gaudiya fairyland) once covered it.
So how was the pasturage organized for a herd of 900, 000 cows? Simple. No need for drovers or machinery. Just hand them over to a bunch of kids who WALKED them all the way from Nandagram/Nandgaon 27km (17 miles) to a magic hill, which, at its highest point is 25m (80 ft) high, and then back home at the end of the day. "Of all the devotees, this Govardhana Hill is the best! O my friends, this hill supplies Krishna and Balarama, along with Their calves, cows and cowherd friends, will all kinds of necessities—water for drinking, very soft grass, caves, fruits, flowers and vegetables. In this way the hill offers respects to the Lord. Being touched by the lotus feet of Krishna and Balarama, Govardhana Hill appears very jubilant.” (Srimad Bhagavatam 10.21.18). If you think that's whacked, Krishna had oodles of time to kill a demon-a-day and have sexual interludes with cowherd girls before walking the cows back home.
Not only were little gopi girls on the menu, but Subala (one of the cowherd boys) was a cross-dresser and intimate with Krishna- Subala would dress as Radharani and take her place. When we read into it what is openly declared in other gaudiya scripture wherein Krishna sported with Arjuna/Arjuni- "O Dhananjaya, I bless you, my dear [male] friend. There is none equal to you in the three worlds, as you know My secret. O Arjuna, you will curse Me if you talk to anyone about the secret which you wanted to know and have experienced." (Excerpt from Same-Sex Love in India, p. 92-93, quoting the Padma Purana 5.74.60-198)....we are left wondering about Krishna; his relationship with Subala, as implied by cult writers and translators.
"Now the life-sketch of Krishna given in the Mahabharat is very good. His nature, attributes, character, and life-history are all like that of an apta (altruistic teacher). Nothing is written therein that would go to show that he committed any sinful act during his whole life, but the author of the Bhagavat has attributed to him as many vices and sinful practices as he could.. He has charged him falsely with the theft of milk, curd, and butter, etc., adultery with the female servant called Kubja, flirtation with other people's wives in the Ras mandal, and many other vices like these. After reading this account of Krishna's life, the followers of other religions speak ill of him. Had there been no Bhagvat, great men like Krishna would not have been wrongly lowered in the estimation of the world." Maharishi Dayanand.
"All the sages from Brahma down to Jaimini have held that righteous conduct consists solely in rejecting all that is opposed to the Vedas and in practicing whatever has been enjoined by them, the reason being that the Vedas expound truth and nothing but truth, while all books like the Tantraa and Puranas that are replete with anti-Vedic teachings are false." Maharishi Dayanand. SP 11. 11.
Ah yes. Krishna stealing milk, curd, and butter. Does it really make sense? Nanda Maharaja ran a herd of 900,000 cows (multiplying and un-culled) in a small rural community that could not possibly consume the produce, or without refrigerated transport, ship it interstate. What that leaves is a mountain (higher than Govardhan) of unusable dairy. Yet we are told that Krishna habitually sneaked into the homes of neighbors to steal milk products. This is supposed to endear him to us...'him' meaning god playing the part of a child. It would enthrall us, but only under the condition that cultists believe us when we say IGM scriptures were written by Oberon and Titania in collaboration, and used by acBSp to Puck the world. In our defense, we have not targeted any one gaudiya tome. Here is Puck in action, yet again. This time with an ass-head from acBSp's "advanced student" text book- Caitanya Caritamrta:
Briefly: the gist of this yarn is that an older brahmana promised a younger one (both from Vidyanagar in South India) his daughter's hand in marriage. The promise was made before a deity in far away Vrindavan. When the old man recanted on his promise the younger fellow went back to Vrindavan to request the deity come forward as witness to the promise. The deity agreed and stipulated his peek-a-boo conditions. A tall tale? ....Well, let's take a look.
CC Madhya 5.10: Formerly at Vidyanagara in South India there were two brahmanas who made a long tour to see different places of pilgrimage.
CC Madhya 5.11: First of all they visited Gaya, then Kasi, then Prayaga. Finally, with great pleasure, they came to Mathura.
CC Madhya 5.12: After reaching Mathura, they started visiting the different forests of Vrindavan and came to Govardhan Hill. They visited all twelve forests [vanas]and at last came to the town of Vrindavana.
Other than waving a gaudiya travel brochure and dumping page-fill, there is no relevance to where the two brahmanas toured. What is of significance is that the journey was not made by modem transportation but on foot, as the story will confirm. Get out a map and make the calculations. It will astonish the researcher how two men could exhibit total detachment from family and commitments to indulge a hike of two thousand km. plus (and the younger guy doubled the trip) only to fallout over sedentary attachment, totally out of character. Goes to show, all that holy travel wasn't worth crap. So the younger brahmana is now in front of the deity, and the storyteller is telling us there is no difference between god and deity......
CC Madhya 5.96: "My dear Lord, You are not a statue; You are directly the son of Maharaja Nanda. Now, for the sake of the old brahmana, You can do something You have never done before."
CC Madhya 5.97: Sri Gopalaji then smiled and said, "My dear brahmana, just listen to Me. I shall walk behind you, and in this way I shall go with you."
CC Madhya 5.98: The Lord continued, "Do not try to see Me by turning around. As soon as you see Me, I shall remain stationary in that very place.
CC Madhya 5.99: "You will know that I am walking behind you by the sound of My ankle bells.
So it is thereby confirmed- the expedition was undertaken on foot. Distance between Vrindavan and Vidyanagar in Andhra Pradesh, South India, is about 1000 km as the crow flies. Try to imagine travelling, procuring foodstuff, cooking, sleeping, defecating, incidental demand changing line-of-vision; what it would take to uphold such an immature fairy-tale agreement. Is God into nursery-rhymes? Is the story fact or fiskcon?
CC Madhya 5.101: The next day, the brahmana begged permission from Gopala and started for his country. Gopala followed him, step by step.
CC Madhya 5.102: While Gopala followed the young brahmana, the tinkling sound of His ankle bells could be heard. The brahmana became very pleased, and he cooked first-class rice for Gopala to eat.
CC Madhya 5.103: The young brahmana walked and walked in this way until he eventually arrived in his own country. When he neared his own village, he began to think as follows.
Besides claiming access to the mind of the brahmana, our storyteller fails to link ANY attestation to his ficticious facts. Even if claimed the deity was invisible (which is not the case), it would still be impossible for a journey over 1000 km through INDIA !!! public roadways, marketplaces, towns villages and cities, without throngs in pursuit of jingling ankle bells. Yet, there is not one report to be found in history, either Jain, Parsi, Hindu, Muslim, Buddhist, Shivite, Dalit, Greek, Egyptian, British, Kayasth, local press, et al. NO record exists outside gaudiyaganda where this extraordinary nani-ke-kahani can be verified. The only group going- "True!" are the gaudiyas, who, on record, call each other liars. Is it any wonder acBSp carpetbagged in La La Land to gain credence?
Practitioners within cult confines are specifically instructed to avoid certain texts and tomes until ready, or conformed by ritual. Ritual is necessary to pulverize the mind into accepting channelers and fiction as god and fact. The essence of forcing concoction as divine knowledge has nothing to do with spirituality, but rather, creates a 'we know what they don't' segregation necessary to isolate targets from humanity in progressive emasculation. Anyhow, after a lifetime of dabbling in cult spiritualism what comes to the table-rap is anything but angels. We see this not only in converts but in stemming from the founder himself, i,e., acBSp.
Even when acBSp was alive, child abuse, homosexuality, thievery, exploitation of women, and willful entrapment was ongoing and without spiritual censure or legal address. His disregard for secular law and governance was imbibed by his followers. Here is a resolution passed in 1977: 6. Accepted as passed: "The philosophy that the Man sankirtan leader as the eternal husband and protector of the women in a woman's party is rejected. The philosophy of the man Sankirtan leader as the representative of the spiritual master- and not the husband should be preached instead". GBC resolution 1977.
Sankirtan is cult speak for sales :- books, singing cards, gramophone records, candles, t-shirts, massagers, car stickers, perfumes, jewellery, cookies, toys, prints, sweat-shop paintings from Hong Kong, etc., anything that could be bought for cheap and flogged for cent-percent-percent profit. Sankrtan leaders were in charge of both men and women travelling sales teams. The women were made to understand that their leader was an eternally reincarnated husband. He would enjoy his devidasi wives and when done with them pimp them out for guru. This writer, while staying at an Iskcon temple in the U.S., heard a tap on his door at 2.30 am and a seductive whisper:- "Do you want me to service you, prabhu?" It nearly sent me kilakila!
Here again we see madness possessing the sect even from its early days: 11. Passed as amended: "Travelling Sannyasis be allowed to preach to guests at temples and if possible, in the span of one day's preaching- with the co-operation of local president- to encourage such guests to come with him." MARCH 7, 1977 2.30 p.m. Clearly, there is no concern given to the target's commitments, family, work , or the investment parents have made in a child's future. What becomes apparent in the study of such a resolution is the use of Hindu mainstream facade to quickly and ruthlessly remove men/women/boys/girls from relatively structured surrounds to one of entrapment/slavery and free labor. The practice continues even today.
By 1979, two years after the death of acBSp, IGM was rocking on its heels from internal conflict and crime. In the GBC meetings of 1979 this resolution was passed : 1. Resolved that a GBC committee for investigation and prevention of illegal practices be formed. This committee may consist of Hrdayananda Das Goswami, Hansadutta Swami, Rupanuga Das Adhikari, Panca Dravida Swami, Jaya Tirtha Maharaj and Bhavananda Das Goswami. March 6 1979. Intentions were good but the resolution had seven major problems. Firstly the investigators never exposed any criminal activity to the GBC and even if they did, no law enforcement agency ever heard of it. Secondly, the other six problems could be rolled into one- the Investigators themselves.
1) Hrdayananda Das Goswami, (aka. Dr. Howard J Resnick. An Iskcon 'guru/sannyasi') Doctor in philosophy. Should have been a gynecologist. He certainly has the clientele. LINK
2) Hansadutta Swami (aka. Hans Kary.) An Iskcon excommunicated guru. Google the name and all is revealed.
3) Rupanuga Das Adhikari. Blacklisted for undisclosed crimes along with several of his breed. PSYCHOSWAMI
4) Pancha Dravida Swami (aka. Theodore Richard Harris).....Ditto......
5) Jaya Tirtha Maharaj (aka, James Immel.) Decapitated for having sex with a disciple's wife. Google the name and all is revealed.
6) Bhavananda Das Goswami (aka. Charles Bacis.) Caught having sex with a schoolboy and then with a taxi driver. Google the name and all is revealed.
Enforcing our view of willful deception and cheating, we present below a taped conversation showing how taxes were avoided, and Indian lands, usurped by acBSp, were passed on to his foreign agents. "Conversations," June 2, 1977 (available from authorized IGM vendors):
Giriraja: So we drafted a will, including the trust for the properties of India and some of the other...
Prabhupada: Will? Will, there will be direction that "Management should be done like this." That's all. Giriraja: Yes. Prabhupada: Nobody can say in court case that "This temple will be in charge of this person, this temple..." Ramesvara: Yes, just like you said. Giriraja: So we've included those points and the points in your brief will. Should I read it? Prabhupada: Hm? Giriraja: Then we can type it. "I, A.C. Bhaktivedanta Swami Prabhupada, Founder-Acarya of the International Society for Krishna Consciousness, settler of the Bhaktivedanta Book Trust, and disciple of Om Visnupada 108 Sri Srimad Bhaktisiddhanta Sarasvati Gosvami Maharaja Prabhupada, presently residing at Sri Krisna-Balarama Mandir in Vrndavana, make this, my last will.1 The Governing Body Commission, GBC, will be the trustees of the entire International Society for Krishna Consciousness."
Prabhupada: You can... Then there will be question, "The trust deed will be given? Then there will tax."
Giriraja: No, because the ISKCON trust is already there, and ISKCON is already tax exempt. The only difficulty is if you create a new trust.
Prabhupada: No, no new trust.
Prabhupada: Instead of trustees...
Tamala Krsna: Use a different word.
Ramesvara: Not to apply in trust.
Giriraja: Oh, I see.
Ramesvara: It's a different word.
Prabhupada: Supreme managers.
Gopala Krsna: Supreme managers. (laughter)
Prabhupada: Or the ultimate managers, like that.
Gopala Krsna: The ultimate executives?
Tamala Krsna: Yes, the executors
Gopala Krsna: Ultimate executors.
Tamala Krsna: Or commissioners. You have... Prabhupada: Hm. Yes, commissioners. Tamala Krsna: Commissioner is good, 'cause it's already... Prabhupada: Use such word. Tamala Krsna: Use a word that's proper. Giriraja: Okay. Tamala Krsna: For now just use one word. Giriraja: "2: Each temple will be a trust property..." Prabhupada: Again "trust" word. Gopala Krsna: Again "ISKCON property?" Giriraja: Okay, we can change that wording. Prabhupada: Hm. Giriraja: "...and will be managed by three committee members." Prabhupada: Hm, yes. Giriraja: "The system of management will continue as it is now. There is no need of any change. 3. The property in India will be managed by the following committee members: A. Properties at Sri Mayapura Dhama, Panihati, Haridaspur, and Calcutta-Gurukrpa Swami, Jayapataka Swami, Bhavananda Goswami, and Gopala Krsna dasa Adhikari; B. At Vrndavana-Gurukrpa Swami, Aksayananda Swami, and Gopala Krsna dasa Adhikari; C. At Bombay-Tamala Krsna Goswami, Giriraja dasa Brahmacari, and Gopala Krsna dasa Adhikari; D. At Bhuvanesvara-Gaura-Govinda Swami, Jayapataka Swami and Bhagavata dasa Brahmacari; E. At Hyderabad-Mahamsa Swami, Gopala Krsna dasa Adhikari, and Bali-mardana dasa Adhikari." Tamala Krsna: And Sridhara. Giriraja: "And Sridhara Goswami. The committee members who have herein been designated are appointed for life. In the event of the death or failure to act for any reason of any of the said committee members, a successor committee member or committee members may be appointed by the remaining committee members, provided that the new committee member is an initiated disciple and following strictly all the rules and regulations of ISKCON as detailed in the books of His Divine Grace..." Oh. "...detailed in my books, and provided that there are never less than three or more than five committee members acting at one time. 4. I have created, developed and organized the International Society for Krishna Consciousness, and as such, I hereby will that none of the immovable properties in India in the name of ISKCON shall ever be mortgaged, borrowed against..." Prabhupada: Why India? Everywhere. Everywhere.....[....]......
Prabhupada: There should be inventory of all the properties in this will.
Tamala Krsna: In this will there should be inventory of all properties. Ramesvara: Now Jayatirtha is getting that, so we can have him send it. Tamala Krsna: And then the trustees for each of those properties... Prabhupada: Don't do..., make trustees. Tamala Krsna: I mean the committee members of each property should be mentioned within this will. Ramesvara: For all the properties outside the world, all over the world. Prabhupada: Hm. In-charge. In-charge committee. Ramesvara: In the world. Tamala Krsna: Prabhupada wants this will to be, you know, a very complete document. Ramesvara: And then, as the time goes by and we buy new properties, we will have to add them to the will. Prabhupada: As far as possible, give protection.....[....].... Tamala Krsna: Giriraja is suggesting that there's no need to list the address or in details. Prabhupada: No. Tamala Krsna: Just simply the city. Ramesvara: We can do that right after we meet with Prabhupada. Tamala Krsna: Yeah, we can do that. Giriraja: So "...shall never be mortgaged, borrowed against, sold, transferred or in any way encumbered, disposed of or alienated." Tamala Krsna: This is the Indian properties. Prabhupada: Indian property is devayatana bhavana. Tamala Krsna: Write that down, dev... Prabhupada: Devayatana.(?) Tamala Krsna: Devatra. Prabhupada: Devayatana. Hm? Jayapataka: Devayatana means trust. Devayatana means trust. Prabhupada: All right, don't make if it cannot be so worded(?). Giriraja: "This direction is irrevocable. 5. I declare, say and confirm that all the properties, both movable and immovable, which stand in my name, including current accounts, saving accounts and fixed deposits in various banks, are the properties and assets of the International Society for Krishna Consciousness, and the heirs and successors of my previous family or anyone claiming through them have no right, claim or interest in these properties whatsoever save and except as provided hereinafter. Although the money which is in my personal name in every bank is being spent for ISKCON and it will belong to ISKCON, I have kept a few deposits specifically named for allocating a monthly allowance of Rs. 1,000 to the members of my former family-two sons, two daughters, and wife. After the deaths of the members of my former family these specific deposits, or this interest and savings, will become the property of ISKCON for the purpose of the trust, and the descendants of my former family or anyone claiming to be them shall not be allowed any further allowance." Tamala Krsna: It says that the deposits are "mentioned therein." Giriraja: No. Ramesvara: It just says that they are specifically named somewhere. Giriraja: It's except for these, it's all the deposits of ISKCON. It says. We weren't sure about this, but since Mr. Sharma mentioned it, we put: "I hereby appoint..."-and then we've kept some blank space-"...to act as executors of this will. I have made this will this-blank-day of June, 1977, in possession of full sense and sound mind, without any persuasion, force or compulsion from anybody. Witnesses, 1., 2., 3." Tamala Krsna: Dr. Ghosh should be one of the witnesses. According to Mr. Sharma, if a doctor witnesses, it's very good, attending physician. Prabhupada: Yes. Giriraja: So what should we do about the clause which appoints the executors? Tamala Krsna: What does that mean? The people acting to see... Giriraja: They're responsible to see that the will is carried out. Ramesvara: They'll see that it's registered and it's brought before the... Prabhupada: How many executors? Giriraja: I think he suggested two or three. Prabhupada: No, he suggested not less than three, up to seven or eleven. Giriraja: Oh. Ramesvara: Originally we told him that all the GBC are executors, and he said, "But out of them, just pick a few. It is a technical thing." 'Cause the GBC are already mentioned as the heirs or the managers of what you are giving. Prabhupada: So I'll give you seven names.
Tamala Krsna: Our idea is to finish this will business as soon as possible. ....[....]....
Ramesvara: "I, A.C. Bhaktivedanta Swami Prabhupada, Founder-Acarya of the International Society for Krishna Consciousness, disciple of Om Visnupada 108 Sri Srimad Bhaktisiddhanta Sarasvati Gosvami Maharaja Prabhupada and settler of the Bhaktivedanta Book Trust, at present residing at the Krsna-Balarama Temple in Vrndavana, hereby solemnly declare, say and confirm as follows: 1. That I am the Founder-Acarya of the International Society for Krishna Consciousness, known as ISKCON, a society registered under the Society Registration Act of 1860, with its headquarters at Juhu, Bombay, and branches at..." And then it's to be filled in. "2. That some properties with movable and immovable..." What is this word? "...have been donated to me by the devotees of the International Society of Krishna Consciousness or purchased or otherwise acquired by me in my name which still stand in my personal name; 3. That I hereby categorically declare and say that I am just a benamadara (benami) of the International Society for Krishna Consciousness..." Prabhupada: What is benamadara? Giriraja: It means... Just like in the Chand Society. Due to some reason we could not take in the beginning in the name of BBT, so we appointed someone to keep in his name, but actually it is not his. He is the only the benamadara on behalf of the society. Prabhupada: Oh, benamadara. Ramesvara: "...that I am the benamadara of the International Society for Krishna Consciousness in respect of the said properties, and I hold and do hold these same in trust as a trustee for the said society." No, we take out this phrase, "trust." "...that I hold the same for the said society." Giriraja: No, "as the Founder-Acarya..." Ramesvara: "...as the Founder-Acarya; 4. that I further declare, say and confirm that I have no personal claim or interest in these said properties or any..." It says, "position alone...," "...and the same solely belongs to the said society, the International Society for Krishna Consciousness, absolutely. That which is stated above is true to the best of my knowledge, information and belief. Witnessed..." The witnesses swear to that. Prabhupada: Yes. Ramesvara: So if this document is prepared, it does not have to be advertised, but if at any point there is some contention, we can show that this was... Prabhupada: Made. Ramesvara: ...made in June of 1977, that this is the... Prabhupada: Registered. Ramesvara: Registered. That that is the intention. Mr. Sharma said this will be sufficient to avoid any income tax or other tax on such holdings. Prabhupada: That I want. That's all. Tamala Krsna: Yeah. Because sometimes they've said, "Oh, it's in your Guru Maharaja's personal name," and you always said, "It's not my personal money." This will show that. Prabhupada: Benamadara.
Tamala Krsna: Yes. 'Cause actually, whenever you told us to buy properties, we always wrote your name and then "Founder-Acarya of the International Society for..."
Noteworthy it is, that even though much concentration was given to structuring acBSp's Will so as to avoid taxes and hand over Indian lands and assets to his American disciples, the purchases of land/property was not even registered as shown in this resolution passed two years after acBSp's death in GBC meetings 1979: 2 Resolved: That the GBC Chairman shall see that all ISKCON properties are registered to fulfill Prabhupada's desire. It should be done this year, and all GBC must give full co-operation. Iskcon began purchasing land (farmland) in India in 1971, the resolution confirms that eight years later, India's DLR was not informed of Iskcon's land acquisitions. A year later and it was still not done: Feb 25, 1980: 1. That within three months all ISKCON owned properties will be properly registered as per Srila Prabhupada's will. Srila Bhagavan Goswami will personally follow this up by calling the GBC members by phone..... Investigator's will find all Indian lands usurped by the cult registered in the names of duped Indian nationals, as revealed in this GBC directive- 5) A list of properties and their value be made (by) Jaitirtha (James Immel), including address, price of purchase and whose name it is under. March 6, 1976.
The 1980 repeat calling for all ISKCON properties to be registered coincided with this declaration made at the Temple Presidents meeting in the same year:
"6. At the earnest request of His Divine Grace Jayapataka Maharaj, twenty-one temples decided to buy one acre of Mayapur lands at the cost of $1500 per acre." Feb 28, 1980.
Which informs investigators that Bengali farmland, possibly secured illegally (in breach of FERA) and certainly not even registered, was put up for sale to foreign investors by Jayapataka Maharaj (aka. Gordon John Erdman, an American/Jew,) who was made IGM's Governing Body Commissioner for W. Bengal (1979), and continues to rule there, 33 years later. Another point exposed to light, is that Iskcon secured 3 bighas (bigha = 1/3 acre) of land from two Muslim farmers in 1971, and by 1980 they were in a position to put 21 acres of prime Bengal farmland on the market. How did they manage it without even registering the properties until nine years later, if in fact they registered at all?
Exposed to cult ritual and dictates designed to pulp free-thought, targets gradually lose sight of reality and succumb to possession. The first group of possessive implants are- influence, legitimacy, expansion and acceptance of the institution as a world dominating juggernaut. Here is the Hare Krishna IGM:
1981, GBC Meetings. Provisional Order.
12. That the 500th anniversary of Sri Caitanya Mahaprabu, the Yuga Avatar and Eternal Founder of the Hare krisna Movement (?), should be observed on Gaur Purnima, 1986. Promotion committee and program for focussing on Sri Gauranga' transcendental qualities should begin now. A massive momentum must be built up to the 500th anniversary to such an extent that the celebration will continue at least the next ten years after, and Lord Caitanya will be accepted world-wide as the real Supreme Saviour of mankind in this age.
To enforce their spiritual identity, the cult channels by aligning itself with Hindus and Hinduism, a program initiated back in the early seventies and stepped up in 1977: GBC resolution 3. A vigorous program be undertake by Indian GBC to introduce Bengali and Hindi books to Secondary school. Gargamuni Maharaj's travelling party and Gopal Krsna are responsible. March 2, 1977 2:30 p.m. The offer was courteously declined by India's Ministry for Education. But it did not deter the penny-pinching under false pretenses from expatriate Indians not conversant with the gaudiya ghost: GBC resolution 7. All temples will be encouraged by the GBC to undertaken (sic) vigorous life membership programs with the Indians. In America this program should be standardized in all respects using the present forms developed in New York and New Vrindavan. The program in USA will be overlooked by Adi Kesava Maharaja. March 2, 1977.
Albeit sponsored, represented, and legally fronted by Indian diaspora abroad, IGM claims to legitimacy as bona fide channelers of Indian culture, is not shared by scribes and seers of Aryavarsh- Hindustan. More, and more recently, India's protectors are alerted to IGM's pursuance of world conglomeration and domination by using interpolated scriptures and exploited Indian citizenry as facade for its agenda. Pointing to India's ancient Vedas as source of authenticity, cultists are possessing, pick-pocketing and enslaving ALL Indians and foreigners seeking Vedic Truth. The good news is, painful as it may be for some.....exorcisms have begun.
Thank You for spending time with us.
The Gorilla article is very effective. I love it. It shows that Prabhupada connived with his disciples, as the alpha. These are the same disciples that have a history of crime and are alleged to have killed him. He taught them to skirt the law.
?>Of most interest to me is the careful honing of the language Prabhupada taught to avoid the word “trust” or anything that connects an individual to a piece of property. Between Tamal and Prabhupada they were able to hammer out the language needed to conceal an illegal land grab and to avoid taxes. I noticed how carefully Prabhupada used and taught his disciples to choose the perfect word.
Devotees often say that Prabhupada didn’t really understand what English words meant, and was easily misunderstood. They say he couldn’t always find the perfect word, or understand English well in conversation. They imply, for instance, that when Prabhupada used the word, “rape”, he meant “romance”. Of course, everybody knows what “rape” means, but even if devotees give the English-as-a-second-language excuse, they can hardly cry ESL as we hear Prabhupada hand picking the words for his educated Western disciples.
Dumb as a fox.
This slippery, smooth speak is characteristic of Prabhupada and his ISKCON protegees, as these people make a living out of selling plastic. This expertise in conning is reflected to perfection in our books, which have been honed for centuries by a disciplic succession of con men, save Vyasa and Krsna, whose names and words have been raped.
I am sure the Dvivida gorilla story would go down great over a campfire and dinosaur steaks.
Tamala Krsna and his team studied crime under a canny teacher as the taped discussion reveals. It could be an explanation to his poisoning- He turned them into criminals to use them and they ended up turning on him.
