Dear Devotees, Friends and Readers,

Please accept our best wishes and blessings for the festive season.

Thank You for your continued support and ongoing effort in the sensitive campaign bringing the 'poison issue' before Court and public. This is not simply an internal effort any longer. We must now come out as individuals, and state our concerns publicly, openly and without reservation or fear. As revealed by His Divine Grace, and confirmed by the kaviraja and others (by their silence) who were present there in '77- this is now a battle between seekers of the truth vs. Ravana/s and Raksasa/s, who used poison to kill.

If you are a follower of His Divine Grace, or even someone who believes in justice for all, we appeal to you for your help and support in petitioning the Courts to order an investigation into the prima facie evidence surrounding the mysterious passing of the famous Indian saint and scholar, Srila Prabhupada. For those who wish to help but do not know how, we are posting a format for preparation of an affidavit, which is pre-requisite to a legal appeal. It will cost you no more than a little currency to complete, and will achieve great service in submission.

I, ...(name)..., son/daughter of...(state father's full name)...,aged about..(age), R/o...(current and full address), do hereby solemnly affirm and declare that I, as Supporting Plaintiff, lend full support to the Principal Plaintiffs in their prayer to the Hon'ble Court, and Hon'ble Judges thereof, to issue a writ ordering the premier investigative agency- The Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI), to carry out a full and thorough investigation into the suspicious circumstances surrounding the passing of His Divine Grace, A. C. Bhaktivedanta Swami Prabhupada, Founder -Acarya of the International Society for Krishna Consciousness (ISKCON).

Here are some ways you can help us expose the truth.

a) Fill out an Affidavit.

b) Get others to fill out affidavits. If you can convince your office, or companies with whom you do business, to support the cause, that will be wonderful.

c) Write to local papers, to cyber gazettes, ask them to help promote our cause.

d) (Donors)- If you are feeling rich, and have a few spare dollars (even 5 or 10), contact BIF.

e) Write to BIF, articles signed by you, expressing your feelings on the issue. We may post it on the net.

f) Do whatever you think will (legally) help the cause.

You may do one of the above or all of the above, but please don't do- none of the above.

There is no wage for such a service, but the fringe benefits are out of this world.
